This is important because if we do not reach Phase II, we will have additional tools to return to fighting. President Trump gives Israel full backing to return to war in the event of a violation of the agreement.

Here’s a thought that gave me some perspective on the deal today:
If Israel pauses fighting for 42 days, they secure the release of 33 hostages, maintain control of the Philadelphi corridor, and can resume fighting after phase one.
Yes, it’s awful that 1,000 terrorists will be released, and this deal doesn’t include all the hostages—that part is hard to stomach. But the release of 33 hostages is indeed some really good news especially if Israel can continue to destroying the terrorists after phase one.
I don’t believe phase two will go into effect.

If the IDF dealt with any of these states in the same manner they did with Gaza, there would be no resistance.
None of these so-called nations has sovereign militaries or economies it can defend or control without foreign assistance.
The idiotic NEOM project could pay for the reconstruction of Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria.
Forming a much-needed buffer zone from Turkish influence and Iran could be a powerful regional ally.
Why hasn’t this option been offered?
There will never be a two-state solution because there is only one land.
Whoever has the power to decide will determine the name of the state, its religion, history, and people.
Given these fundamental truths, there can only be two outcomes.
The two opposing groups can agree on a solution to strengthen the state.
Or one group can exterminate the other and leave itself vulnerable to outside influence.
