🇮🇷🔎 Investigating some doubts about satellite images of Isfahan airbase and the reason for the blackness around the radar

— It seems that in the slightly better quality satellite images released today, a camouflage net has been drawn over the S-300 radar system based in Isfahan. This possibility could be the reason for the rectangular black trace around the radar.

— Also, the publisher of the images has darkened the images to better see the possible burn marks caused by a small bird or missile or due to its mischief!!

— It is not unusual to use a net in such a way that the radar antenna or jammer is outside of it. In defense systems, after being deployed in exercises or in war, it has been seen many times that the launcher or radar was outside the net, but other parts were placed inside the net, or even as seen in the last picture of the Taiwan defense exercise, only a net from the sides of the launcher connected to the earth.

The mentioned points are not a definite reason for the hit or non-hit of the projectile or small quadcopters on the radar, and it is only a possibility for the blackness around the radar or the visibility of bright parts next to the radar in the SAR images.
