It’s been infuriating. On past form expected delays with fodere, but not to extent no updates in circa 18mths!
They complete one of these gold deals and at least we’ll have revenue, might even help eventually fund pitombieras.
I honestly came away excited and also relieved they’re still trying to do something.
I don’t think it’ll take too much to get us back over the penny. We’re at 3mths high after the 2 days of highest volume in that period occurring last week.
Yer good to see Bres getting a ramp on with some volume. Wouldn’t buy Jan for Bres, but decent rise there would be useful.
I had a good call with Jangada IR end of last week and came away feeling more positive than have been for a while.
- Luis is now far more active than has been for a while.
- More of a sense of urgency/need to get something done by the BOD
- 2 new deals at advanced stage, both gold and both would be near term production
- Feeling is both projects would fit company’s aim of adding significant value in the short term
- Possibility of RNS on non binding terms before any deal signed, this surprised me as not usual approach from Jan BOD
Hopefully it’s a good couple of months ahead and we see a significant re-rate, at least to levels that aren’t quite so depressing. Been far too long since we’ve had something to cheer!
I would really like to be at the AGM this year. As soon as I find out when and where. Always has to be in bloody London.... I'm not posh enough for that place.

DC I would like to ask, simply out of absolute curiosity because I have come to understand your perspective and your dedication... Also given my absolute boredom. Do you feel that there is still risk with fodere's ability to prove thier tech works?
I ask because I worry about Fodere. I am not invested in any other company except for Jangada, so all my eggs are in one basket so i need to talk about this. Regardless of everyone else's dedication and constitution, I worry.
Is there a chance that fodere may not be able to produce a pre-commercial plant?
They don't seem like they are ready to get any major ball rolling considering they are developing this pre-commercial plant. We could be waiting another year if things are this quiet, with nobody to get hold of to confirm anything.

Waiting on fodere really has been a killer of optimism and expectation. Buuuut waiting on this revolutionary technology must be a much longer wait. Literally back to square one for Jangada. But hey ho, at least we can get back to looking forward to getting frequent RNS' again.

Hopefully we'll be well above 1p when the RNS lands and then a big rise on the back of it. Don't want traders in at a really low share price as I want to see long-term shareholders be the main beneficiaries

There’s always risk, it’s matter of assessing that and comparing it to the rewards.
I don’t think Jeff Quinn (ex Tronox CEO) would have put in circa $1m of his money when he did without a degree of confidence. Nor would I have thought he’d have taken on the role of chairman more recently if it was now dead.
The radio silence doesn’t help us assess the situation i.e. what’s going on or confidence, but without anything being said we don’t know wears going on.
The tech is supposed to be modular i.e. allow scaling up. It’s chemistry and I don’t think the science would change, but then I’m no scientist!
Personally I have more confidence in the fodere scientists and their previous test work than I do with John Ortigun and the corporate side.
I suspect any delay is more on that corporate side. Listing was supposed first be one of their objectives for Q4 2024/Q1 2025…
As long be said before I’d be happier if Brian had completed on a new deal by now so weren’t just reliant on fodere. Last statement from the BOD was in financials where he was still bullish on a deal, still not had one complete though.
Bit of a woolly reply, but without any new data I.e. an update we’ve little to go on.

I wonder what Brian has been up to lately. Just out of basic curiosity. Hmi and jangada are pretty much on ice... I haven't got a clue what's going on with ARC minerals personally but not much from the looks of it.
