They’re working on finalizing deals. AGM includes reappointing directors.
1) They won’t want risk of deal being derailed by director involved in deals not being reappointed.
2) They’ll know patience is running too thin. If they want re-appointing they need to get investors back on side. Deal best chance of that.
3) If they’ve had enough and don’t want reappointing then they’ll want deal completed with new directors in place to take it forward.
The AGM holds risk, far better to get deal done before.
There might be other reasons why I was told some urgency to complete, but to me before AGM resolutions is an obvious.
I really think time running out for position taking/top ups pre news and as I said company IR seemed excited for first time in a while….

It moves on little as been seen 3 times this week.
I think there’s news on deal this month, in call with investor relations they said was urgency and I think they’ll want to complete soon. Certainly before AGM and resolutions are sent out.
It’ll get confirmed when it’s announced, then hopefully regret will set in for some 😬

On completion of the funding round Fodere plans to commission the pre-commercial facility (7 tonnes/day capacity).
So the statement makes me think that they have not been building the plant, but have been trying to get funding to build it? So it's a money problem?
I'm not impressed by today's statement, no mention of when Fodere might actually start building anything. We have this lure / distraction of a gold asset but I've learnt that promises and good intentions are meaningless. The day they rns that they've pulled off a great deal or that we're any closer to becoming a miner with Pitombieras I'll cut them some slack.

The added positive really is the low expectations. If a stock is going to skyrocket, this one is in a great position after a lot of AIM disappointment.
