Yes it works on Android 14. You just have to give the application permissions from the Android settings (pop-ups, background... etc.)

It is still highly unstable, and pretty much useless because the clones made by it do not work. With the same settings in original the clones work. Frustrating. I don't have a lot of hopes for buying 1.8 when this one is useless.

I got it to open. The info was on rockmods site. Turn off internet(airplane mode), delete data, give permissions after, open.
