I have a netflix account that my family use, i am going away next month and want to watch netflix while im there, can i login on a new TV in a completely different city? I know you cant share accounts but i still want to use it while im away.

Netflix “set household” can’t stream while traveling for work

I read an old post when searching for this subject but my situation is different from most of the replies and the post itself. I’ve contacted Netflix support twice today and a few other times in the past about this dumb household limitations. You can only request a vacation code in advance and only a few times a year. I travel for work often and Netflix ALWAYS force closes every minute in all hotels. At first I thought it was Marriott hotels all having shitty TVs but finally caught onto the pattern that it is a NETFLIX issue. Prime and Max work perfectly fine in all my hotels. But I cannot use Netflix in my hotel rooms while my husband uses it at home. (I pay for more than 1 screen btw.) even if my husband is not at home and I log out of every single device and only log into my mobile phone and the hotel tv, Netflix still force closes every minute on the tv. There’s no option to update household on the TV Netflix. It just doesn’t exist. Does ANYONE have anything they’ve done that has helped with this or advice? Do I just cancel Netflix atp?TL;DR Netflix “set household” isn’t an option on my hotel tv, I cannot stream Netflix while I travel for work, and I travel often. Any tips/advice?

Does anyone remember a cheesy coming of age movie about a boy who’s in his senior year? He starts a trend online or it has something to do with the internet. It starts a huge movement. He has the news at his house. He was being pressured to get into good colleges by his parents. He meets a blonde girl and they go to the beach with her friends. It’s based in california. She wants to be a model. The movie ends with him following her to europe as she’s trying to become a model. It was on netflix maybe a few years ago. I feel like the front cover of the movie was of him with like a bright aqua light blue background. It was super underground but i’ve been looking for it everywhere and want to make sure i’m not crazy.

Gabriel Iglesias: Legend of Fluffy

Just got done watching Gabriel Iglesias' new Netflix special, "Legend of Fluffy", and as someone who was a big fan of Gabe in the past, this special was so disappointing. Outside of the usual "thank you" and "name drop shout outs" he gives, he had a few jokes that went on for way too long (the gun shop bit with Jim), along with some recycled jokes from past specials, like the themed weeks and Krispy Kreme jokes, as well as the story about how he flashed the old couple.Plus not to mention the constant bragging about having fans, being famous, being rich. Like, we get it, dude. I swear, it seems like his material hasn't been interesting since he got the divorce and Frankie moved out, and I think plenty of people probably feel the same way also. And the crowd got annoying at times during the special too. Like almost ever word he said evoked an applause from the audience, and I think he got more cheers than laughs that night there were so many!

Today as I was waiting to cross the street, a car stopped in traffic that was going 40+ mph to try and let me cross. This caused the cars behind them to slam on their brakes. No one benefits in this situation. This kind of unpredictable behavior only creates dangerous situations. By following traffic laws, your driving becomes more predictable, which in turns creates a safer environment for everyone using the road.

Season 2 of Squid Games (no spoilers)

Wow. The initial episode and scenes before the games were kind of a drag and I immediately looked up online "Season 2 Squid Games boring". I saw a lot of people complaining so I almost didn't want to watch and lost interest. I kept watching through my boredom, and once it got to the games, I was so glad I didn't quit. This season was extremely edge of your seat, anxiety inducing, and emotional.I cried multiple times and became attached to some characters hoping that they would survive. Some scenes I quite literally had to skip through, because they gave me so much anxiety and heart racing anticipation I couldn't stand it... in a good way. I felt sick to my stomach at points and felt like I was almost there in the games. It was a great mix of fear, sadness, and desperation. The characters were developed with such personality.I was kind of disappointed at the cliff hanger and hoping for more soon. I can't say it was better than the first season because I felt like the first was interesting throughout and left such a lasting impact. But for a second season... I am pleased. I was a little confused about the story line but I think it's funny that the characters I ended up liking, became the main characters.They did great with the development and action. They kept me guessing what was going to happen. I rate it an 8/10! It would be 10/10 for me, if the beginning was shortened a little and more to the point. It's amazing that a show and actors can cause you to genuinely feel for the characters and root for them and that's something I always look for in a show.Who was your favorite character(s)? Mine were #222, #120, #095, and the mother son duo. I liked #456's whole squad!

Just watched the video of Jensen Huang (ceo of Nvdia) showing off the new graphics cards and saying they march the performance of the previous years card but at like, 1/3rd of the price. All the comments were saying that this is really misleading. Why is that? I can't wrap my head around the terminology being used to say why. I know nothing about how graphics cards work Hope someone could explain in easier language as I'm curious. Thanks!

I am talking about diesel locomotives, ships, and some other heavy machinery. Apparently their diesel engines power generators that power electric engines that spin the propellers/move the locomotive. Isn't it a big energy loss to have multiple energy conversions? Or is it better due to the lack of need of a massively heavy duty gearbox? I hear even some new cars are planning to have the same setup, like the mazda REV, how is it more efficient there?

Downgrade plan?

I have the standard ad free tier in Canada for $16.50 and after comparing it to the standard with ads (I think its about $6?), I don't believe there's a huge difference seeing as the stuff I'm watching isn't impacted by the ad vs no ad tiersWith that said, given I just signed up for the ad free tier a few days ago, can I downgrade to the ad tier and get my money back pro rated to the date of the change, or will I still be on the hook for the entire month of the ad free tier I signed up for?

My account is on my ex's TV?

My ex and I live completely apart, all of my electronics were purchased after I moved away but he texted me after getting home from work to let me know that my daughter updated the profile pics on his account. I didn't think too much of it, because she just did that to my account here today, too. Well, it turns out that his TV is running my account. I've never logged in at his house, haven't been to his house since Friday when I picked up my daughter, and I saw her change the profile pics to add wrestlers this morning. What could have happened here? Again, we don't share passwords or accounts for anything and live several miles away.
