Please visit: (link).”I clicked the link and a code popped up; a family did say they were trying to use it while on vacation, so I was not alarmed but I received two emails. The first says a mobile browser in my city and state signed into my account and the second said the same, but for the location the family member is vacationing in.Is this legitimate or have I been phished? I didn’t enter any personal details and I’ve never used Netflix on my phone but I noticed it signed me in.

Why YSK: professors structure their class in a certain way to teach you the process of learning. I know someone in a linear algebra class at UT Austin who talked about how half the class followed the professor’s way of solving problems on homework while the other half used private tutoring. It is clear that half used outside resources because they used methods to solve problems that was never taught in class. As a result, the professor made their problems ridiculously hard to the point where even the tutor struggled to solve the problems. As a result, half the class failed.Most tutors don’t know how the class is exactly structured and may teach you methods to solve problems that the professor never taught. You are taking a risk when you look at solution manuals of YouTube videos because it is easy to tell if you used methods you did not think about yourself It is easy for professors to tell if someone is cheating in class. Just don’t. It isn’t worth it

Am I the only one who actually really enjoys XO, Kitty?

I think the show has its own unique charm. Yes it's cringy at times but I feel like it makes it more enjoyable, at least for me anyhow. I've seen a lot people hating on it and it low-key kinda makes me feel sad because I love this show, and I've seen people go as far as saying it's one of the worst shows on Netflix. I enjoy XO Kitty the same way I enjoy The Summer I Turned Pretty (funny enough also by Jenny Han). Overall I think the show is cute and fun and I feel like people take it too seriously and I cannot wait for season 2 to come out on the 16th.

Why YSK: People always wonder why so many professors in college are cold, mean, and lack empathy, so I will tell you why from what I seen. Many professors were nerds in high school who are obsessed with biology or physics but got bullied. They continued to focus hard on their academic interests, are praised by teachers, and managed to get into a top college. At college, a similar thing happens where they are heavily interested in their subject and do well, but they still get ostracized. Maybe they never get invited to any parties or get rejected from fraternities. They get bitter, but still work hard, get praised by professors, and get into grad school. They then do well in grad school, get praised even more by professors, and get into a professor position. Now, they teach students that privileged and are your typical bullies.Most professors never struggled academically, so it is mindblowing to them to see students struggle. They never worked outside of the academic setting, so they are often out of touch. There are two ways people deal with trauma. One is using drugs and alcohol. The other is get into a position of power like being a professor, doctor, or law enforcement and use that position to take out your anger on the rest of society. Professors hate being bullied and traumatized in their life, so they use their position to attack students and make them feel bad. Attacking others make you feel powerful and good about yourself.I am not trying to bash professors because the reality is that most students who do poorly did not prepare properly for class. You should treat professors with the utmost respect

Rant coming.. I have not made it through 1 episode on any of them. The main character is always so infuriatingly stupid it makes my want to punch a hole in my TV. This last one, a detective inspector blags her way into prison to question the cold blooded assassin that murdered her father. She proceeds to cry and beg him to tell her why sir, why'd you kill my daddy??, which unsurprisingly doesn't work. Then the nurse drugs him, tells her she only has a few minutes to get the truth out of him. He reveals he was paid to take the fall for the murder, and she decides to argue with him. But you confessed! They found the weapon on you! I am guessing a DI doesn't know what paid to take the fall means? Only after a few minutes does she finally ask "who paid you?" Of course too late, he has passed out. Then she crys more. Christ on a cracker, are the books this stupid too? How does this guy have a career.

Usually, in a public restroom, the screws holding up the stall walls or urinal partitions are fastened using Torx Security (like like TR15 or TR20) screws. Why? Do people really go around trying to unscrew walls in bathrooms? These bits are also easily available and anyone doing this would know the bits used as well.What's the logic here?EDIT: If the answer is to prevent vandalism or for extra security, why not use a snake eye / pig nose head bolts? They seem harder to tamper with.
