Don’t know if this is the right place to post this, but I’m experiencing a very annoying issue

I’m trying to watch Netflix on my PS5 but whenever I click play on something, it just gives me an infinite loading spinner. I’ve tried everything deleting it and reinstalling, restarting the whole console, unplugging it and plugging it back in, but nothing‘s worked. Anyone know what might be happening?

I didn't look that much into it when I heard about it, but I think I remember people saying that Netflix wouldn't let you share your account with people out of state or something, but I really don't remember and I want to let my friend use my account so she can watch stranger things. She lives in a different state than me. She would be using my profile and not making a new one if that makes any difference

How do I actually see which movies are 4k and not while browsing?

I recently got a nice new 4k TV. The quality of Netflix looks good on 1080 already, but I figured I'd upgrade to their Ultra HD package. However as I'm browsing I'm not sure which films are 4k and not. I just wanted to give it a try to see if I can spot much of a difference, and depending, I will keep the subscription or downgrade back to 1080. I think I can just type in "4k" to the search bar, but isn't there a way to see the info as you browse normally?

Show only appearing for other profiles on the same account

I opened Netflix today and wanted to watch a movie called “Graves of the Fireflies” but it wasn’t appearing in the search menu despite me seeing it multiple times previously. I tried checking this on other profiles and it appeared. Not only that but some other shows I couldn’t watch because instead of the play button, a “Remind me” button appeared. My icon also got changed and can’t change it back.

VPN not active but Netflix says I am using it

I have switched off my VPN on my Nvidia shield and now my device, phone and tablet now all say I am using a VPN when using Netflix.The phone and tablet have never used my NordVPN account and use Netflix all the time. Why is this an issue now?Have tried twice to restart my router but the error persists. Yes I could connect to a VPN on my shield and Netflix suddenly works but what about other devices or a bedroom TV which has netflix built in?

Quality on PC is really wierd for me.

ELI5: How do huge, massive, chaotic houseparty scenes in movies get filmed?

Project X/Superbad, wolf of wallstreet, etc… When there’s several hundred people at a party scene, and all of them are doing different things, like dancing, drinking, doing drugs, things that seem entirely unscripted, make out scenes, sexual scenes, jumping into pools, crowd diving, spraying beer everywhere, swinging from chandeliers, fights, getting sick, etc. how are these scenes coordinated? Is everyone at the party given free reign to be as chaotic as possible and the cameraman just takes random shots of everything or is every single shot laid out in the script perfectly? How does it all seem so natural? How long does it take to film a chaotic houseparty scene like this? How do the extras get the job? Do they need acting experience or can anyone just be in it if they’re in the right place and the right time? How do extras and actors get roles for films without knowledge of the film’s recording getting out?

Is Black Summer Worth the Watch?

So, I’ve been down in the dumps and very much in the mood for zombie media, and I’ve already made my way through some classics. I also started watching TWD around the same time as I started watching Black Summer, and I’ll be honest, I’m not really feeling it. However, I know I tend to not like some things at first, but enjoy them later if I push through or start a rewatch. I’m generally curious about the following things:1) Do the campy horror vibes go away at any point? I do appreciate some camp where it’s well placed, but it feels like it takes itself too seriously at some points.2) Do the action sequences stay the same? They’re so much fun and about the only thing I enjoy about the show so far! Love the long shots.3) Do the characters get fleshed out anymore? How long does it take? I do enjoy that characters like Sun and Randy are kind of forced to figure things out (Sun knowing like no English is a really interesting perspective)4) How long does it take for the groups to actually get together?5) Do the vignette cuts go away? I can understand the vibe they’re going for, but it feels kind of redundant to cut to a title screen for every perspective shift, especially when it’s all part of the same sequence or not a drastic change in location or character. 6) Do we actually get to see more zombies/any signs of the mass destruction and assumed bombing we hear at the beginning? That sounds sick as hell and I’d really like something to look forward to. Plus I think at this point in the show, despite all the chaos, I’ve only seen… nine zombies? Are there more? And bonus:7) Depending on all of this, aside from TWD, what zombie media would you recommend? (Have seen Cargo, 28 Days Later, World War Z, Living Dead movies. Also refuse to watch Resident Evil because I love the games too much to subject myself to that)

What the fuck was that ending????????? Immediately I was shocked and angry that it just ended like that with such a huge turn. Thinking how could the writer really just say "Yeah they dead sorry 16-year-old girl you shouldn't have left your parents".....PISSED. And like how did they die??? But then I read someone else's post about the show and they were saying how the parents had been dead the whole time and she was imagining talking to her mom or maybe it wasn't her mom at all maybe it was her aunt or something the whole time and that was the whole reason she needed to get away... my mind is blown and I have no idea what actually happened now. And the sucky part is I feel like Netflix won't put another season out for shows like this either. What do yall think? Help.

Why YSK: I've made some apps as a side hustle and it's hard to make money. It's also hard to set up purchasing/subscriptions if you've never done it before, so mistakes definitely happen. But recently, I've noticed that lots of apps are starting to offer free trials, and then immediately charge you — sometimes up to hundreds of dollars.The apps will say "free trial... you will not be charged until X date..." and then immediately charge you, and Apple often denies refunds even when the app developer is clearly at fault.
