Netflix changed my profile picture and I can't change it back.

I had my profile picture set to Jinx from Arcane, but then suddenly it changed to one of the default red smiling emoji things, and when I go into the settings to change it back, the profile picture selection is completely blank (see image). I already tried clearing cookies and logging back in and I even restarted my computer and it did not work. This issue also happens when I try to change it back on the app version. Netflix VPN error

My brother and I have a shared Netflix account, he uses a VPN and every now and then the platform would pop up an error message, which wouldn't allow us to watch anything. The error message opped on today, again, but this time continues to appear even though he disabled the VPN in question. How can we fix it? For that matter what is it with batteries that make them so fickle?You can't charge them to full, but at the same time you can't let them die, but at the same time you should wait for them to die before you charge since constant charging is bad, but at the same time not charging enough is also bad like what's the real deal with batteries T_T

whenever there is an election it's easy to see one candidate be in the lead, then next week the other candidate is in the lead, and it flip-flops a lot.does that mean that there are people changing their vote intention every week? or just that they poll different people every time? how do we know the polls are reliable in showing that intention changes so much so quickly?

ELI5: Is it the paper or the pen?

Sometimes when writing with a ballpoint pen midword or mid-sentence the pen stops writing momentarily. If you pick up the pen start on a different section of paper it seems to correct itself immediately but if you go back to that original section it still won't write. Is this a pen issue or a paper issue? I'm over 50 and I've believe I know how to use a pen, but this issue has been present as long as I can remember.

ELI5: Is the edema in heart failure dependent on the valves?

If a heart attack leads to heart failure. The resulting edema is due to blood backing up in the vessels, but do the valves function as normal? Meaning do the ventricles and atriums get filled as normal and the blood doesn't flow backwards. But they don't get fully emptied, due to the heart's diminished pumping/contraction strength, and as a result of their partial emptying, when they do get filled again, they eventually "overflow" and hence the blood backs up resulting in edema?
