A military plane has to have aerodynamic shape, for lift, control, speed, fuel-economy; but also have to have a number of bulky components - from camerals, FLIR, counter-measures, ECM, guiding systems, radar, guns, etc... Do plane designers first put together the equipment requirements and then try to fit in an aerodynamic/stealth/agile shape, or do they design the shape first and simply "fit" all the equipment inside?

What i don’t understand is how someone knew that there was even a Netflix account linked with that email address and how they got in to it? lost my old base subscription without advertising from nowhere

good morningmy mother and I still had the basic subscription to netflix, the one for 9.99 without ads, and we had no intention to let it expire (although we don't watch netflix often), yesterday out of nowhere we got the email from netflix saying that we were chosen to switch to the premium subscription, which we didn't do, the only thing we did was to connect a new smart tv to the netflix account (there are 2 pc's and the ps5 connected to netflix, but not conteporably) is what happened normal? i mean, Netflix decided to take away everyone's old subscription without warning, because, if i remember correctly, it was possible to keep it as long as it didn't stop, although the email said that WE (me and my mother) had decided to switch to premiumis there any chance, that you know of, to go back to the old basic subscription, because now we had to put on the standard subscription with advertising.... ah right, we live in Italy, I don't know if it matters but I also put this information

It seems like most of the conflicts we hear about in the modern era are civil wars, but what are the factors that make civil war in places like China, India, the UK, Germany etc that make them seem immune to falling into a full-blown civil war? Is it the government structure, the culture, the strong military and policing, wealth etc? What causes countries to be so at risk of civil wars and some not?
