Eli5: Why do banks impose higher fees on individuals with lower account balances?

I’m just curious!! But why do larger account balances result in lower fees for things like monthly maintenance, money orders, cashier's checks, and overdraft fees. It just seems really backwards but maybe there is just something I am not understanding because I am young. Thank you!!

I've been watching Netflix on my phone for the past week and I started watching a show yesterday and all of a sudden ads are showing up during them. Have I been hacked? Do you know if this is normal? Anybody got a netflix app version that still runs on Android 4.3?

I'm struggling finding a netflix app version that still works for Android 4.3. The last one I had would let me log in but won't let me watch anything, saying it's outdated and to update to a newer one. But a newer version keeps giving me heartache about username/password errors and won't let me login at all. Maybe somebody has a working app?
