Requirements:
-Lead the development of both web (Angular) and mobile (Dart/Flutter) applications.
-Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito, S3/Cloudfront, etc.).
-Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand user requirements and deliver a responsive and engaging user experience.
-Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment using GitHub Actions.
-Oversee the implementation of Braintree for managing subscriber payments, handling webhooks for events like card expirations and cancellations.
-Integrate Plaid to connect consumer financial accounts and ensure seamless transaction tracking.
-Optimize the application's performance and scalability, focusing on response times and handling large-scale data efficiently.
-Maintain MySQL databases for financial reporting and ensure data accuracy.
-Ensure high-quality code standards through automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), peer code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
-Use infrastructure as code (IaC) with AWS CloudFormation or CDK to manage and provision AWS resources.
-Lead the adoption of new technologies and tools that improve our development workflow, team productivity, and code quality.
-Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
-Provide support and ensure smooth collaboration with the customer success team by maintaining end-user documentation and support systems (Intercom).

Qualifications:
-5+ years of full stack development experience with strong expertise in Angular and Dart/Flutter.
-Extensive experience with AWS services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, Cloudfront, and CloudFormation.
-Proficient in serverless architecture and managing back-end development using Node.js or similar serverless runtimes.
-Strong experience with RESTful APIs and working with third-party APIs (Braintree, Plaid).
-Solid knowledge of databases, particularly DynamoDB and MySQL.
-Experience with building CI/CD pipelines and managing codebases in a monorepo architecture.
-Familiarity with Jira for project management and Intercom for customer support and documentation.
-Experience with performance optimization, particularly reducing response times and enhancing application scalability.
-Demonstrated ability to take ownership and lead complex projects from concept to deployment.
-Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience with Plaid and Braintree integrations.
-Experience with NgRx or other state management libraries.
-Familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress and writing automated end-to-end tests.
-Previous experience modernizing legacy codebases or migrating systems to a serverless architecture.
-Passion for fintech and delivering high-quality user experiences in a financial application context.

Technical Stack:

Programming Languages: Go, Python (Django)

Message Brokers: Kafka (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Planning, developing, and testing new features.
- Supporting the existing infrastructure and codebase.
- Consulting and resolving issues for the support team.

Requirements
Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Go and Python (Django) with at least 4 years of experience.
- Experience in Fintech is preferred.
- Experience writing and optimizing queries in relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Experience interacting with message brokers, preferably Kafka.
- Understanding of the differences between basic sorting and searching algorithms, as well as knowledge of fundamental data types and structures.
- Experience working with cloud providers, preferably AWS.
- Basic skills in Linux and Docker.
- Experience with monitoring systems (preferably Prometheus and Grafana).
- Knowledge of English, at least at a limited level, sufficient to read and write documentation in English

Soft Skills:

- Independence, experience working without direct supervision, and the ability to take responsibility for a specific direction. It is important that the candidate can understand priorities and follow them.
- Willingness to work in short development cycles and the ability to switch between tasks within the same day. It is crucial that the candidate does not expect to spend three weeks on one task.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
