● Manage the processing of courier bills and proactively resolve any disputes that may arise.
● Collaborate with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) and internal teams for accurate COD reconciliation.
● Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial processes related to COD transactions.
● Verify and process bills from Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and vendors.
● Foster positive relationships with LSPs and vendors to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.
