Terrorist attack on Bourbon Street in New Orleans last night, suspect drove a truck through a crowd and opened fire on police. About a dozen people were killed in the attack. LEOs ended up shooting and killing him, then discharging the IEDs in the vehicle.
At first an FBI special agent said it was "not a terrorist event", but then the New Orleans mayor and other FBI spokespeople DID call it a terrorist attack.
Looks to be a black flag wrapped up on the back of the truck - appears to possibly be an ISIS flag.
FoxNews is reporting that the truck & suspect came over the border just two days ago.

I think one thing we can all take away from the last few days is that it's quite difficult for many people to disagree while remaining respectful.
How many people turned into bloodthirsty jackasses over a difference of viewpoint?
The lesson here is that it's possible to have differing opinions and not see the other person as evil over it.
Yes, the H-1B visa problem should be greatly reworked and restricted - no, it shouldn't be thrown out.
But, one of the major issues in this debate that few are looking at is how our public education system is destroying the intelligence of our youth, and how our culture is being poisoned with brain rot from media. Because of this, our next generation is becoming weaker and dumber than any before it.
If we want America to excel, we need to stop being foolish, spineless parents.
Bring back accountability, responsibility, and self-awareness.
