This probably isn't a cyber attack, the Sun pooped out two Earth directed, X class solar flares over the last few hours - that's more likely the case, at least in this instance
These X flares aren't much to worry about, though, they don't look to have produced any large Coronal Mass Ejections, so there likely won't be much stress on our infrastructure aside from the cell carriers
