As our Earth goes through it’s cyclical changes, weather events are only going to get more severe. As our society becomes ever more dependent on infrastructure like electricity and internet (and as our infrastructure continues to decay), the failing of this infrastructure will become more impactful. And with our world becoming more and more unstable and a dying Deep State becoming increasingly hellbent on causing societal chaos, the supply chains and grids and internet and everything else we depend on become evermore targeted.
With these factors, being prepared may not just be wise, but necessary to survive and thrive.

Is anyone in North Carolina or have family there? I hope everything is going okay for you or your friends/family. This situation there is insane.
The mile long lines for gas, empty grocery stores taking cash only for goods.
Incredibly important to start having a preparedness mindset if you don’t. Keeping a few gallons of gas as well as emergency cash on hand, and having a couple weeks (at least) worth of food/water can be a life saver, literally. Many people get into “prepping” over societal/economic shit-hit-the-fan collapse scenarios, but really the most common events to be prepped for are natural disaster and weather.
Know your surroundings and the most likely events that can happen. Earthquakes, fires, and wind storms in the west, deep freezes and tornadoes in the middle of the country, hurricanes in the east. Have a plan, have some goods, keep track of weather reports and vacate early if need be.
