You state that you made a payment? I'm assuming that you intended to buy Kelexo and you did not receive your tokens. I'm assuming also that is the problem. Did you connect your wallet when you made the transaction. You need to have entered the receiving wallet address. Assuming you did, then what you need to do is to copy the Kelexo contract address. Open your wallet and click on 'refresh'. If nothing happens, then click on 'import' tokens, sellect 'custom' token, and paste the Kelexo contract address and hit enter. Wait a few minutes.Your toKens should appear, if not hit 'refresh' again. This should solve your problem. If it doesn't, then you must have done something different. Explain the steps you took when you made the buy. I'll try to help you if I can. Most errors are created by the purchaser, and have nothing to do with Kelexo.

There are no funds that get transferred to your Kelexo account, what gets transferred are the tokens you purchased. If you purchased tokens using a DEX, then what I stated previously could solve your problem.
