Are you referring to the Kelexo site? Check to make sure the order went through on their site. You can do that easily. When the payment is received, it says paid.

Most pre-sales change their launch date more than once. They want to sell as many tokens as possible from the number of allocated tokens for each stage. I believe kelexo will launch sometime this month based on what I read. There are usually bots moderating these Telegram crypto sites. They cannot answer complex questions. I receive e-mails from them when they have something to report. If you gave them your e-mail when you signed up, you should be getting them also. You should not be depending on getting answers on this site, since that time is over. As cryptos get ready to launch, they create their official website, and most of their efforts and manpower are allocated to this task. It takes money to do this. They don't have the time to answer stupid questions. Most pre-sales are inheretantly risky to begin with, and trashing the project doesn't help. The ones that seem to succeed have the community behind them. They do not scare investor's away by fear mongering. New investors are the ones that panic the most and do the most harm. Relax, and hope it succeeds.

Agree We are invested and there is absolutely nothing we can do except to wait for progress on this project. More FUD won't make anything better. I had a problem similar to your issue when I purchased a different crypto pre-sale. The tokens were there but I couldn't see them. I was using a different computer and browser, plus I had my VPN on. Their security system kicked in. Once I corrected the problem, it worked. Could this be happening to you?

I'm assuming that you went to the Kelexo site to purchase tokens during the presale, and did not receive them? The tokens get deposited to your account ON THE Kelexo site. They do not get sent to your wallet until it launches and only airdropped to your receiving wallet based on the vesting schedule. No more, no less. Go to the Kelexo website and sign into your account. Your tokens should be there. If not, report back. Good luck.

That's typical. They want to sell as many tokens as possible. They have to build up liquidity so that they can trade on certain DEX's aND on certain CEX's. There are certain requirements that have to be met before the token can trade on these exchanges. More folks need to buy more tokens to accomplish this. It increases exposure and price.
