perdon si les parece tonto o les llega a molestar que comparta estas cosas.
pero creo que es necesario, muchas veces las cosas como la depresion y el suicidio se toma a chiste o se romantiza, cosa que no me parece bien.
Se que hay mucha gente que sufre por estas cosas y me gustaria ayudarles, intentarlo al menos.
en el primer post con el #septiembre esta la explicación de estos post para los que no entiendan el por qué lo hago.
