Anyway #ETH is also in range and I don't think that bears will be able to dump the price below $2500. Grayscale ETF outflows are almost done, inflows in Blackrock and other new ETFs are stable! Technically speaking, #ETH is great to buy here!
Remember though that #ETH is much weaker than #BTC and there's no point in having more #ETH exposure than #BTC.

🇯🇵 Let's start with NIKKEI, as Japanese market was the catalyst of the move.
Here's the deal: for the first time in decades Bank of Japan hiked the interest rate to 0.25%. It seems relentless, but this actually is the reason of the huge dump!
A lot of funds borrowed money in Japan basically for free. Then they used this money to buy bonds, stocks and crypto. Now, as interest rate surged up, this scheme is no more profitable! Thus, funds and individuals are selling their equities to pay the debt.
As a result:
- US bonds down
- Dollar down
- stocks down
- crypto down
- Japanese Yen up

The price is in the air, this is not a dip you want to buy! Better wait until #BTC interacts with either $59k support or $63k - $64k resistance!

#BTC is trading inside $52k - $72k range for a half of this year. A lot of stuff has been happening: alts were dying, memes popping, stocks pumping... And #BTC is just in flat mode within a 30% price range 😷
However, now we got something! For the first time this year #BTC weekly is about to close in a super strong manner! February levels acted like a solid support and I can only quote Rookie: holy shit, bears are fucked!
We are still inside the range though! Local fluctuations may happen in either side. Still, every pullback is good to buy. Every dip, every FUD, every selloff is a chance to buy lower and you better take it!

As $57000 - $57500 resistance was broken, #BTC immediately jumped above $60k! The reaction was remarkable!
Still, the price is in boundaries of correction of the big dump, so I wouldn't rush in longs just yet! Retest of $57k looks reasonable to me and provides a long trade with great RR!
One more reason why I don't want to rush is timing: today is Friday and basically anything can happen on the weekend. Let's be patient together 🙏
Aaaaand local top it was! We likely got the range high, it was set at $57750. Now it's time for some boring flat market inside our new range 😒

Fibo retracement is a must check TA instrument after this kind of moves! I believe #BTC will set a local range high between 0.618 and 0.5 Fibo levels!
After range high establishes, #BTC is likely to go down to recent lows. Thus I wouldn't buy just yet, just let the range form to understand the lows and highs!

Let's define our main local range area: $50500 - $53000 zone. If bulls are awake, the price should stay inside this blue zone to pump later. However, #BTC is losing this range as I type this text 🤒
In case this range is lost, there are two support zones: $40k - $44k and $44k - $47k. These areas are very likely to hold the price, they are great to form a global bottom!
The most important is timing. If #BTC stays above $50k, global bottom will be formed in a matter of weeks. If #BTC dumps to lower support zones, global bottom will be forming for months! That's why I really hope bulls are ready to hold the line 🙏

🥵 Just a reminder that in global terms, #BTC is overheated. Basically there are two options:
1️⃣ To cool off and then try to run again like in 2021
2️⃣ To keep rallying hard, staying in overbought zone like in 2017
I am leaning towards second option, but anything can happen.
SPX is dumping like it's the end of the world. Crypto also followed, alts are once again at support levels 😒
0.5 Fibo must hold, otherwise it's gonna get ugly.
Stocks futures show a significant dump just before the US session. Index is still above 0.5 Fibo, thus this is still a correction, not a beginning of the dump!
