I have additional screen shots if necessary… from when it happened.
Actually, here is a screen shot from that evening. As you can see, it hit my trigger price. There is no bid/ask in crypto as you know, the rule is that the token must hit the trigger price. There is no grey area, it’s black and white. I can thank KuCoin support for making this very clear plenty of times when I’ve been liquidated.
Please help me out, escalate the ticket, whatever you have to do, I’m not sure, but I would appreciate it very much. 🤝
Order was placed at 15:16, 2023/2/14 .. SOL hit exactly my trigger price as you can see, my bot wasn’t triggered, I’ve been email support since it happened. They sent me a link to the SOL PERP/USDT chart and said “check the price here”, which is what I did, and screenshot it, emailed them back, and now I haven’t heard back from them in over 24 hours.
