TL;DR: Cursor後端寫了個bug導致用戶只能在一台機器上登入，但是用戶詢問客服時Cursor的AI客服hallucinate了一個「只能同時在一台裝置上使用」的使用條款變更，引起用戶關切導致流失了大量客戶。
