Recap of Jerome Powells Statement:
1️⃣We will keep interest-rates low until full employment and a inflation of 2%. Inflation overshoot eventually possible.
2️⃣Won`t change monetary policy until job market has recovered.
3️⃣FED will announce changes in QE as soon as necessary.
4️⃣ It will take time until US-Economy reaches FEDs goals in terms of jobmarket and inflation.
5️⃣We are committed to using our full range of tools to support the economy and to help ensure that the recovery from this difficult period will be as robust as possible.
6️⃣We will continue to clearly communicate our assessment of progress toward our goals well in advance of any change in the pace of purchases.
The market hoped to see some hints about an increase of bond purchasing in order to cap the yields, which are likely to continue their trend.
This means we could still see shakyness in the equity-market, especially in the tec-sector.

Considering how weak the Forexmarket reacts to the global sell-off I really doubt that we are going to see a continuation of the current move, unless fundamentals by Powell will cause more uncertainy.
If SPX500 moves up from here we might see trend-continuations in the Forexmarket and strong pumps.

Technically we see a breakout of the previous falling Wedge and that a second attempt to break through a strong support-zone failed.
Even stronger sell-pressure did not help price to get below this demand-zone, which is a strong evidence of an upcoming continuation of the breakout.
Fundamentally JPY is still under pressure due to rising yields while Crude OIL is expected to rise due to warmer weather.
Crude OIL has shown us a nice correction and could continue its uptrend soon.
Good for CAD and bad for JPY 👌
