CZ is reportedly planning to step down and plead guilty to criminal U.S. anti-money laundering charges. This plea is part of a deal that might allow Binance to continue its operations. Zhao is scheduled to appear in a Seattle federal court to enter his plea.
As part of the agreement, Binance will also plead guilty to a criminal charge and agree to pay fines totaling $4.3 billion. This sum includes settlements for civil allegations by regulators.

The "native yield" they claim to provide is just them swapping your assets from ETH to stETH and stables to sDAI.
There's nothing particularly new about this model first popularized by Frax. Fraxchain will deploy in January with shared sequencer fees and similar native yield. Polygon's also offering L2s that collect yield with deposit assets.
Blast's selling point is it's pre-announed airdrop coming in 2024. Ponzinomics to gain relevance for the newest VC chain. Will it pump? Maybe. Pac pumped Blur to 1bn and ate OpenSea's lunch. Can he repeat? Only time will tell, but the market typically likes new shiny things.
