-Bunch up one of the arms, and apply dressing aid
-Slide arm through and pull the latex up, letting it become unpunched as you go
-Repeat for second arm; of note: this part is often the most challenging depending on how tight the neck of the suit is

-From the neck, begin to bunch up the material like an accordion, all the way down to the foot, then add additional dressing aid in the garment
-After the dressing aid has been spread, slide your foot through the bunched up latex
-With a gentle pull, slide the latex up and let it smooth as you pull, pausing at the knee
-Repeat the above three steps for the other leg
