He’s right in saying that currently there is absolutely no activity planned with pulse chain. The only way to get that started is to go to the forums and make a proposal.

Lido cannot freeze anyone’s steth or any crypto under your ownership. The protocol is not a central custodian like a CEX. It is your keys your crypto. If the scammer off ramps to a cex maybe you can contact that cex with the relevant txns? Unfortunately we cant reclaim your stETH.

Since it was a blind sign I didn't know what the transaction was doing. Here is the wallet address wher my coins went to: 0x233C700561043ADac38CF76a043002b8FfBCF661

I have reported to cybercrime and to etherscan to alert other uses about the wallet address.

Just a far little hope if Lido could any way freeze the stEth in this wallet and not let the scammer run away with others coins.
