The fee can only be paid with the native coin of the blockchain you are using. USDT is supported by multiple blockchains. For example, if you use Ethereum, you can only pay the fee with Ethereum. They are in a wallet, not in OKX, correct? If they are in OKX, you can try reaching out to customer care.

There could be several factors. Some DEXs might not support the wallet, or perhaps the slippage is too low. Could you describe the issue in more detail? Alternatively, have you tried using a CEX like Binance?
