The market has broken and closed ⤵️ below the upward channel on the 1H timeframe. With today being US election day,🇺🇸 we could see some unexpected volatility, therefore be careful this week. ❕Currently, the price action appears to be forming a contraction before a potential expansion.⚡️

🧐 I expect a continuation of sideways movement until economic news 🗞 is released on Wednesday. The market may retest the channel border ⤴️ and the resistance zone between 2750-2760. If we see a rejection at this level, we can anticipate a 🐻 bearish move.

According to polls Trump's victory in the US presidential election will have a noticeably 📊more positive impact on financial markets than Harris' victory.

Thus, 57% of respondents believe that the price of gold will continue to rise if Donald Trump wins the US presidential election. At the same time, 55% of respondents believe that if Harris wins, gold will become cheaper.

At the same time, the dollar will rise in price regardless of the outcome of the US presidential election, according to 65% of respondents.

As for the Bitcoin, the median forecast of survey participants is as follows: if Trump wins, by the end of 2024, Bitcoin will rise in price by 17% - to more than $80 thousand, and if Harris wins - it will fall in price by 6% from the current level.

Sharing with you a small part from MY TRADING COURSE!

❗️The main option for WORKING FOR NEWS can be reduced to several actions a trader can take before the release of important economic news:

1️⃣ Try to make money on price fluctuations during the release of the news
2️⃣ Close all trades before the release of the news or tighten stops
3️⃣ Don’t trade during the release of important news
4️⃣ Ignore the news release

In any case, ☝️an attempt to guess what value will be published is probabilistic in nature. In most cases, an attempt to make money on movement comes down to placing pending orders a few minutes before the news release.

If the fundamental Forex forecast differs greatly from the actual value, in this case there will be a 🚀strong price movement in one of the directions. One of the orders will be opened and the trader can count on making a profit. The worst thing that can happen is if the price hits both orders, in which case the risk will be equal to the difference between the pending orders...
