The American Heart Association has just changed the "normal" blood pressure to 110/70...it's been 120/80 for quite some time. Every time they lower the numbers, millions of people need medication...

🌟Lions Mane Mushroom Satay Stick

Lion’s mane mushrooms (Hericium erinaceus). Benefits: help reduce inflammation, brain and heart health, prevents dementia, relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety plus many more.


Ingredients:
Lion mane mushroom
Curry leaves
Fresh cucumbers
Sesame oil
Coconut oil
black glutinous rice wine
Monk fruit sugar
Tamari sauce/ soy sauce

Quantity is really up to you. Go with intuition.

Instructions;
1. Wash the mushrooms well. Watch https://youtu.be/7T5YsVgXrbI on how to clean and prepare mushrooms.
2. Squeeze mushroom dry and prepare for marination.
3. Add in pure sesame oil, tamari sauce, homemade shimichi powder, monk fruit sugar, shao xin wine (optional).
4. Mix well and leave to absorb for 30mins.
5. Spread coconut oil generously on mushrooms and lay on baking tray.
6. Grill in oven for 7mins.
7. Prepare fresh raw cucumbers
8. Assemble mushrooms n cucumber on sticks.

I don't know about you, but every once in a while, I need a catch up weekend. I've been away, and this weekend I need to clean house and even put up my Christmas decorations.

I will feel SO much more organized on Sunday evening. When I have these catch up weekends, I like to listen to podcasts while I work. I'm hoping you're the same.

Here's my interview with Bryan Ardis, and if you haven't seen it, it's a great one to watch.

Bryan has been exposing the use of snake venom by Big Pharma. They have a venom agenda. Really, it's the venom industrial complex.

Snake venom is everywhere – not just in the shots. Synthetic venom peptides from reptiles are engineered into Big Pharma's poisons: COVID jabs, Remdesivir, weight-loss drugs like Ozempic (paralyzing stomachs, contributing to cancers), and more. These aren't accidents – they're deliberate bioweapons designed to mimic snake bites, attacking organs, blood, and nerves. He ties it to the original COVID plot: not a virus, but venom in the water, air, and meds to depopulate and control.

Nicotine is the antidote they've hidden – patches and gum neutralize the venom effects, protecting against "long COVID" spikes and jab injuries. Venoms are mass-produced globally for drugs, vaccines, cosmetics, insecticides – a satanic web profiting off suffering.
