Agree with this and would also add that the “smart money” isn’t really as smart as they make out from the marketing. I may not have sold as much in 2021 as I should have and I rode it all the way down but at least I didn’t bankrupt myself, destroy a bunch of other people’s savings and end up in jail like the ultimate 2021 smart money types at FTX and Celsius etc (don’t know if Mashinsky is in jail but point still applies). Mostly these guys are just leveraging larger amounts of capital and trading off insider connections/early access - and as we saw, being even more degen than retail and collapsing completely despite having those advantages. I’ve been around crypto for a long time (by Lobster standards probably average - Class of 2017) and I was impressed by these clowns in 2017 when I knew nothing (I remember buying Airswap blindly when Novogratz shilled it and still made money because it was 2017) but by the time 2022 hit I figured out that these opinions leaders are not just useless but collectively have a negative impact. It’s why I don’t look at crypto Twitter anymore unless someone sends me a direct link - I get plenty of alpha from meet-ups, Telegram and Discord and personal relationships

I think it is important that a token should be launched with a good PMF, but there should also be a factor of team's credibility to at least accommodate their written promises to investors. investors were supposed to get a token in 2023 while now it was pushed to 2025 in an announcement article, which later was deleted from the article. Now the situation arises that a substantial amount of capital has been consistently sent from Arrakis-related wallet addresses to Kraken, while all questions surrounding those withdrawals remain unanswered. In fact, no DAO exists yet due to the token being delayed, but Gelato Network also has a knack of passing the DAO. What could an investor do in this case? Thanks Sers

Crypto is the wild west for sure. The meme pvp market is strong, and personally I do not see that changing anytime soon. Sure, big money will still flow into the blue chips like it always does during prime macros, but retail has their eyes on memes.

The ethical part across crypto is a challenge for sure. There is little if any accountability.
