Is possible for both cex and dex. A websocket server that agglomerates all the cex/dex api with a common api.
Is definitely a thing that many have done, but don't know about any public app the does it for you.

Is there any website or service that shows a combined order book of bids and asks across all major CEXes for a given token? So like a single order book where you can see bids and asks in real time for ETH-USDC on Binance/CB/Kraken etc, sourced from their APIs? I assume this would not be feasible for DEXes so CEX only
