In the protocol I’m talking about: You don’t pay any interest- it’s not misleading. You do have to bear slight capital inefficiency compared to Liquity, but you don’t pay anything.

Great question: There are two sets of users: one that borrows at 0%, and actively manage their positions to avoid their collateral from getting redeemed, and another set of users that want their collateral protected from redemptions pay a fee for borrowing.
