Hey lobs, I want to run my (dumb) idea by you, please be gentle. I think x-chain intents can be further improved on the economic level.

Now that Across has solvers under one roof in its protocol, why not apply the Transferwise magic (pic attached) and match escrowed transactions to only occasionally settle transfer differences (daily?), instead of actually moving the funds? Should work well for blue chip assets with higher volumes.

Presumably, it will reduce the number of transactions and their related fees even further. Unless they already have this planned @hartlambur Feel free to tear it apart! 🙏

D3M from Sky/Spark ramping up

USDS deposits offer >6.50% as a proxy for USDS Savings Rate

Before this it was a huge transfer of AUM from Morpho optimisers to Aave.

So the trend is Aave BD team keeps landing wins.

Rebranding was just one lever, but is wasn’t directly AUM generating like the other initiatives mentioned above.
