I suspect that if you were very decentralized and truly all you did is run an informational/ministerial frontend, you may have a decent chance of winning in court. But that doesn't necessarily mean that the feds, at least the current administration, believe you are violating the law.

Update on the situation:

- No liquidity in the ETH/VT Uniswap pool, with an outstanding debt to node operators of approximately 100 ETH.
- A huge exit queue for pufETH, which has been stagnant for 20 days - withdrawals have not even been initiated by the protocol.
- I was banned, and all my messages were deleted in Discord after pointing out these issues.

I don't understand how this project can still have legit status.

eth etf alone has had 1bn inflows in the last week. as shown above, It’s got ~75bn TVL

it’s not ETH shading it’s solana, sui and hyperliquid shading (polygon, avax, arb, op are eth)
