a side note. if you don't have that incentive...but simply a protocol that subsidises the gas cost of calling the liquidate function, then would it be true that people can use services that will front-run the protocol's subsidised bot? that way the service would get a % from the amount "rescued" (maybe with a flash loan), and there would (potentially) never be any liquidations
