I care for gaming use cases - Biomes (onchain minecraft) has a little cult following but saturates a stock-config OP stack at ~50 concurrent users. (You can push that stack much higher, which is what Bare is doing, they're at 3x the stock config rn)

For the rest there's stuff like order books where this really matters too.
