Yes, but they are heavily based in UAE. With this announcement for a pump that is less worth than gas in a a fart, they ended up in the cross hair of the government. Either they are very stupid, or they are ready to go out of business ("last pump"). If TON wants to be serious player and grow, they need to do actions that can be taken seriously, not short term pumps and dumps.

The technicals are super simple:
Submit (stake tx) accepts additional "referral" parameter that can be any EVM address
Access points that are tracked, inject their address inside the URL so every user that stakes through them posts the same address onchain which is emitted as an event
This is sufficient for anyone to filter and get insight in the amount of stake that is coming from a certain access point.
Obviously for tracking unstakes, further activities with (w)stETH it requires a bit of additional work on the analytics front
