FalconUSD is a x3 times riskier than other yield-bearing stables, worse in transparency and fully controlled by DWF - no shit, it's clear from the day 0.
But his claims is much more serious with basically criminal activities in place and a ponzi that will pop.
Their open yield is 9-15%, which is not that high. 40% APR private most likely is a token commitment, that everyone are doing.
You can believe that you can have that big delta-neutral yield form a big market-makers.
Doing the same what they do, but in legit way for them would be much more meritable, than "collaterizing MOVE token"

I'm non dwf supporter at all, but it's onto 0xlaw to verify his claims.

There are many funds with large AUMs ($1bn+) doing this onchain/defi via cross-market arbitrage, directional exposure, etc. For Vaults, HL vaults accomplishes that and you can focus on strats (hyperliquid.gitbook.io/hyperliquid-docs/hypercore/vaults)

Thanks 🙏 , I think example with fund is a bit different…the idea is to offer offchain/cex strategies yield to investors who usually do things on chain, so no kyc, etc. Trad structure fund to onboard family offices etc already there. I will deep dive on both examples anyhow, and appreciate sharing your insights in general.

Lobsters, hi, a question. If there is a digital asset hedge fund that runs an algo strategy with relatively high yield, but does it mostly on centralized exchanges with a bit of defi, what are the options to offer it to degens to invest in terms of structuring? I was thinking through vaults, but this seems complicated as CEXes will ask to see source of funds and custodial nature of CEX. I may be wrong though. Alternative seems to mint a token reflecting strategy similar to Ethena or Resolv, but may be there are other options? Curious about the best practices. Appreciate any thoughts on this

I tried to deep-dive into this topic several times by looking at execution efficiency (and not quotes directly which are meaningless)

Built this dashboard (https://dune.com/octavionotpunk/dex-aggregators-metrics) with this specific query (https://dune.com/queries/4181811/7038489) to compare execution efficiency based on trade categories (type of asset, size, chain)

Overall, Cowswap and Kyberswap are the most efficient even if the gap is really tight.

But yes bet advice is to stick to a meta-aggregator like defi llama, or jumper or any other trading interface aggregating multiple sources
