I was more interested whether the disclaimer is valid or not.

I already had a previous exchange with FINMA and gespa and they confirmed that their initial approach violated multiple things (their domain was even put on the national DNS blocklist for 6 months).

will follow up with the gespa guys, they are very responsive and helpful.

1. check contract deployments rigorously
2. don’t trust frontends like etherscan - use RPCs directly
