You can't update the version of the tool, only the one who provides this Chinese firmware is the old version, you open it and disable the internet and then turn the internet back on if you know how it doesn't allow the other version to update, it's okay. Just follow the step by step version of the device, mine is TB128FU. I can install the real ZUI15 Firmware there

Give information from PC command line terminal on the command:
fastboot getvar all - having connected the smartphone to PC in the fastboot/bootloader mode.
Hide Imei in the information.

(Fastboot/bootloader mode - Turn off smartphone,press the volume (-)down and the power button, hold until the fastboot menu appears.)
