🏅Egg on side 🥚👉🏻 TRANSPOSITION OF GREAT ARTERIES (TGA)

🏅Large VSD 👉🏻leads to cardiomegaly

🏅Gallop rhythm 👉🏻CHF 💔

🏅TOF May not need antifuliar therapy

🏅CHD present with right axis deviation cause ? 👉🏻ASD secondom (it’s the common type)

🏅CONDITIONS WITH ↓ PBF
1. Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF)
2. Double outlet right ventricle (DORV) with PS
3. Single ventricle with PS.


🏅Conditions with ↑ PBF 👉🏻VSD,ASD,PDA,TAPVD,TGA ,PS and Single ventricle without



🏅High-pitched apical holosystolic murmur radiating to the axilla in kiddos 👉🏻Mitral regurgitation 👉🏻 look for Rheumatic Fever

🏅High-pitched decrescendo diastolic murmur at the left sternal border in kiddos 👉🏻Aortic insufficiency 👉🏻look for Rheumatic Fever
