Move the bottom panel to the top and add a new panel on the bottom with thr running apps shown on it or with favorited apps. You can shorted it by one of the settings.

Its just the way the buttons are shown on dialogs. Do you have a system youre used to using? You can make it similar to them to feel more comfortable
