Move the bottom panel to the top and add a new panel on the bottom with thr running apps shown on it or with favorited apps. You can shorted it by one of the settings.

hello i had icewm without elogind on void linux and installed lumina (i use slim dm, and some simple components to change layout on language e.t.c) and after update i did
# vpm i luminaand on .xinitrc after xcompmger i did
