"સફળ લોકોની અંદર રાક્ષસ હોય છે. એ રાક્ષસ તેમને જંપીને બેસવા નથી દેતો અને તેમની આગને સતત સળગતી રાખે છે. એ આગ તેમની પાસે મહેનત કરાવે છે, જકડી રાખે છે, એકાગ્ર રાખે છે. સફળતાની આ રેસિપી છે. આ આગ તમને સાધારણ જિંદગી જીવવા ન દે. પરંતુ સફળ અને મહાન માણસ વચ્ચે એક મહત્વનો ફરક છે: રાક્ષસ તમને કંટ્રોલ કરે છે કે તમે રાક્ષસને? રાક્ષસ વગર તમે સાધારણ રહી હશો. રાક્ષસ હશે, તો કંઈક મહાન કરવાનો અવસર મળશે. ગેરંટી તો નહીં, પણ અવસર. એ અવસર ઝડપી લેવા માટે, તમારે એ રાક્ષસ પર નિયંત્રણ સ્થાપવું પડે. મહાન માણસો તેમની ક્ષમતાને બીજાના કલ્યાણ માટે વાપરે છે, જયારે સફળ માણસો તેમની અંદરના રાક્ષસને શરણે જાય છે. રાવણને આ રીતે સમજવો જોઈએ."
