only other would be to uninstall reinstall .. and if that doesn't work.. leave your purchase email and licence id and Admin will have to look into it for you

could it possibly be .. your antivirus might of blocked something ..or vpn might be on ..not allowing to load.. maybe try closing reopening..

impressive, i reenable my licence, didnt do any changes on my computer, now i try to open app and appears: expiration date: disabled or not found ... whats wrong?
