if you had a vpn running it may have prevented it from opening properly.. or maybe something got blocked by antivirus.. if it's not those issues .. then you will have to wait on admin 1 to assist you

Never send if they ask for friends and family, means it’s not a business account and they can say fam or a friend sent it to them , no chance for refund
