ok so from here we have to wait for Admin1 to reactivate the app for you .. otherwise you could try restarting it .see if that brings back your info.. if you haven't received a email with the purchase id yet , you will have to wait on Admin 1 to send it out to you .. leave the email for him to confirm the trial request came threw for the app and he can get the purchase id activated
