At the top of the app you will see Hit sound in order to change it make sure you have a sound saved in the folder , there is a refresh next too the hit sounds click it then you see the down arrow next to the sound click that an select from there

depends on the url .. and how many macs are in your list.. sometime proxies are needed and vpn to prevent presonal ip blockage
