yes go under the M3U Scanner tab, enter the url ..select the user:pass combo ..take your thread count down to between 1-5 to prevent banning ..select a vpn direction to scan from depending on your location, and if you get a message saying to check the url ..it may require http proxies as well

if you have the url and know if it is Mac or User:Pass then you should be able to scan it ..using vpn and or Proxies
