At the top if you click on the 3 dots (android) it has a SEARCH feature. 95% of these questions have been answered dozens of times. It's much faster to search first for your answer than ask and wait for an answer.

Application Folder is at the bottom.
Save your new hit sound .wav file inside the “Sound” folder.
Hit refresh button in the app and select your new sound.
It needs to be .wav file extension.

At the top of the app you will see Hit sound in order to change it make sure you have a sound saved in the folder , there is a refresh next too the hit sounds click it then you see the down arrow next to the sound click that an select from there, sound folder is found under the application folder at the bottom of the app
